So I went to the next portable on campus, registered for the GED and took the test that week. My best friend Lisa started the class with me, but I finished alone. I would like to say the rest is history but somehow the past can set an example that precedes the future, so it becomes an interesting story to remember. 20 years later, I have been living in Florida and I am back in school…the school of Life that is. Needless to say the job was not done correctly so over the years the groundwater drainage was diverted, causing demise to the subsurface and eventually causing a collapse of the foundation. This is the textbook definition of the term “Sinkhole”… stunning to capture on photo and video, miserable to live through.&lt;br /&gt;Ironically and almost concurrently my Beautiful &lt;a href="http://floridahomeauction.blogspot.com/"&gt;Florida Home&lt;/a&gt; was taken over by a colony of white footed ants. Hundreds of thousands of these intelligent insects took over my &lt;a href="http://uniquebidhomeauction.com/"&gt;Home&lt;/a&gt; for weeks while Dr. Santana, a Sarasota County entomologist spearheaded operation “Ant Armageddon”. The colony can grow to over 3 million ants if not tended to properly, so needless to say an intense chemical campaign was launched against these insects and all their friends in and on my&lt;a href="http://uniquebidhomeauction.com/"&gt; Home&lt;/a&gt;. I managed to inhale and come in contact with some of the heavy dosages of chemicals used to destroy the colony. For weeks I spent my life in a full body rash, with burning eyes and wild hallucinations while the colony was destroyed. Interesting to capture on film, miserable to live through.&lt;br /&gt;One afternoon, while hanging out with my “sinkhole friend” and recovering from Neurotoxin exposure we began chatting about the “stigma” behind our &lt;a href="http://uniquebidhomeauction.com/"&gt;Homes&lt;/a&gt; and wondered if we could ever sell them for enough to cover the mortgages. Julie, my “sinkhole friend” mentioned the word “Raffle” and my eyes immediately opened widely. I told him of the wonderful “illegal” raffle idea and furthermore discussed the two “stigmatized” Properties and my longing to find a “legal” solution. I think when a &lt;a href="http://marcusrealestate.blogspot.com/"&gt;Real Estate Broker&lt;/a&gt; hears the word Raffle; it vibrates like the word &lt;a href="http://floridahomeauction.blogspot.com/"&gt;Auction&lt;/a&gt;. So me and my &lt;a href="http://floridahomeauction.blogspot.com/"&gt;“Auction&lt;/a&gt; Friend” went back to the days of the Roman Empire and began to study the history of &lt;a href="http://floridahomeauction.blogspot.com/"&gt;Auctions.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;I would like to say the rest is history, but we are nowhere near done with this story yet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;For days and weeks we surfed online and read about every type of &lt;a href="http://floridahomeauction.blogspot.com/"&gt;Auction&lt;/a&gt; in the history of mankind. Once a &lt;a href="http://uniquebidhomeauction.com/"&gt;Home&lt;/a&gt; has enough interest, it moves into a current open &lt;a href="http://floridahomeauction.blogspot.com/"&gt;Auction&lt;/a&gt; status whereas buyers can either pay to reserve a seat or pay to place a bid on the home they like. Because the fees to place a bid or reserve a seat are used to pay for the &lt;a href="http://uniquebidhomeauction.com/"&gt;Home&lt;/a&gt;, bidders can bid low instead of high. The other criteria needed to be the successful bidder is to have placed a bid amount that is “unmatched” by any other bidder in the &lt;a href="http://floridahomeauction.blogspot.com/"&gt;Auction&lt;/a&gt;, making it “unique” in value. Hence the reason why this &lt;a href="http://floridahomeauction.blogspot.com/"&gt;Auction&lt;/a&gt; application is called the &lt;a href="http://uniquebidauction.blogspot.com/"&gt;“Lowest Unique Bid Auction”&lt;/a&gt;.
